La Clave Dura runs on Havana piano montunos, horn punches and a percussion section that treats clave as both compass and ignition. The core quartet moves between salsa dura, Cuban timba and brass-heavy Latin soul, with guest bass and coros expanding the lineup on stage. Arrangements stay muscular and exact while leaving room for every rhythmic conversation.
